Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, write to us. A person reads it.
Choosing
It works from around eighteen months, when they start copying you, and it is still in use at six or seven.
That is the whole point of the price. It is not a birthday present, it is five years of furniture.
Choose it against your wall, not against a nursery. Chalk disappears in a light room. Oat is the warmest and the one most people pick. Fern is an English country green. Clay is an earthy pink. Otter is the deep brown that makes people ask what it is.
If you are torn, pick for the room you will actually put it in, not the room you would like to have.
Dimensions are on every product page, in centimetres.
Modules line up with the kitchen you already have, in the finish you already chose. Buy the fridge this Christmas and the worktop the year after, and it will still match. See modules and add-ons.
Delivery and assembly
Free, on every order, with no minimum spend. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
Orders arrive within 10 to 15 working days. Full detail on our delivery policy.
A wall strap and the fixings come in every box, whether you ask for them or not. Tall furniture and small children are a known combination.
Use it. It takes two minutes.
Price and returns
Once, and then we leave them alone. No permanent strikethrough, no countdown clocks, no codes to wait for. You can buy in April without feeling foolish in May.
The reasoning is on our pricing page.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, for any reason.
Email us with your order number and clear photographs of the item as you received it, including the packaging. We cannot arrange a return or release a refund without them.
We may ask you to return the item. If we do, we arrange it and we cover the cost. Where we ask for it back, it needs to come back in a resaleable condition, in its original packaging.
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back, or of proof of postage. No restocking fee.
If the item is faulty it is different: we cover the return, and you have 30 days to reject it outright under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full detail, including our fair use clause, in our refund policy.
