Our pricing, and why it does not move
The price on the page is the price.
No flash sales, no midnight codes, no permanent strikethrough, no clock counting down in the corner of the screen.
Why we do it this way
A price that is always reduced was never the price.
You have seen the same kitchen at twenty-five percent off in March, twenty-five percent off in June, and twenty-five percent off again in October. At that point the discount is not a discount. It is the price, wearing a costume.
We would rather set the number once and leave it alone. It means you can buy in April without feeling foolish in May.
What it costs us to do this
Discount codes work. That is precisely why everyone runs them.
Choosing not to means quieter months, far fewer impulse orders, and the occasional customer who waits for a code that never arrives. We think it buys something worth more than any of that: you never have to time your purchase.
When prices go up
When materials cost more, we change the price. We do it once, at the start of the year, and we say so by email beforehand. If something has been sitting in your basket, you get enough warning to act on it.
Delivery
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Furniture is shipped flat and boxed, with the fixings and the key inside the box.
The short version
One price, all year. Any change announced in advance.
It is a slower way to sell things. It is a better way to buy them.
