Track your order

Two emails, and then a parcel.

The first email

A confirmation, sent the moment your order goes through. It lists what you bought, in which finish, and what you paid.

Read the finish line. It is the one thing that is awkward to change later, and the one thing worth checking now.

The second email

A tracking link, sent the moment your order leaves us. From there the courier will give you a delivery window, usually the evening before.

If the second email has not arrived

Check the folder your email provider hides things in. It is usually there.

If it genuinely is not, write to us with your order number and we will send the link again, or chase the courier ourselves and tell you where the parcel actually is.
